GAMSAT (Graduate Australian Medical School Admissions Test) is organised jointly by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) and the Consortium of Graduate Medical Schools. GAMSAT has been designed to hand-pick the best of the candidates who want to pursue medicine, dentistry and veterinary science. The Universities of Australia and some Universities of Great Britain and Ireland use the results of GAMSAT while selecting candidates for their graduate-entry programs.
